Success in adopting gender-inclusive policies often begins at the top. When leadership genuinely commits to diversity and inclusion, this sets a precedent throughout the organization. Leaders must not only endorse gender-inclusive initiatives but also actively participate in their development and implementation, demonstrating their commitment through actions as well as words.
