WomenTech Network, a global community dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology announces a strategic partnership with Relativity, a leading legal technology company. This collaboration aims to bolster diversity and inclusion efforts within the technology sector and advance opportunities for women in the field.

The partnership between WomenTech Network and Relativity signifies a joint commitment to fostering a more inclusive environment within the technology industry. By combining their expertise and resources, the two organizations will work together to empower women professionals, promote gender diversity, and provide support for career advancement.

Relativity is renowned for its cutting-edge software designed to help users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it. Their SaaS product, RelativityOne, manages large volumes of data and quickly identifies key issues during litigation and internal investigations. When more people can find the facts in mountains of documents, emails, and texts, more legal and data-centric matters can be resolved equitably. Relativity boasts a workforce distributed over four continents, encompassing a wide array of life experiences, diverse backgrounds, skills, and lifestyles.

“At Relativity, we’re creating a culture where every individual feels respected, represented, and empowered. Where the voices of our community are not just heard, but deeply valued,” said Beth Clutterbuck, Chief Human Resources Officer at Relativity “Weaving Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging into every facet of our business takes consistent dedication and intention and we take pride in the efforts we make to empower women across the technology sector."

In 2014, Relativity Women of the Workplace (RelWOW) became Relativity’s first Community Resource Group (CRG). Today, Relativity’s eight CRGs are the fabric of its culture. Over the last five years, Relativity’s Stellar Women has grown from a beloved podcast into a tight-knit community for women in legal tech. In 2023, over 500 participants attended Stellar Women events and tapped into this space dedicated to supporting one another.  “For these reasons and more, we are thrilled to partner with WomenTech Network and look forward to supporting and advancing professional growth across the industry.”, says Clutterbuck.

"As advocates for diversity and inclusion in the technology sector, WomenTech Network is thrilled to partner with Relativity," said Anna Radulovski, Founder and CEO of WomenTech Network. "Together, we will work to create more opportunities for women in technology, break down barriers, and inspire the next generation of female leaders in the field."

As part of the partnership, WomenTech Network and Relativity will collaborate on various initiatives, including mentorship programs, networking events, and educational resources tailored to women in technology. Together, they will strive to create a more equitable and diverse landscape within the industry.
