From an early age I had a clear idea that I wanted to help society. After obtaining my master degree in Clinical Psychology, I realized that I did not not only want to help on microlevel, but also on macrolevel. I therefore pursued a second Master at Vlerick Business School. After working in different tech start ups as a functional analist and a business developer and seeing how many of my colleagues were unhappy, eventhough they liked the content of their job, I started as a freelance coach and consultant on values, diversity and motivation.
