Ayesha is an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who is driven in creating a positive change for the global youth society of today. She is presently serving as Manager International Operations at Institute of Knowledge and Leadership, Dubai. With over ten years of experience in the private sector, she has earned Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from University of Management and Technology, School of Business and Economics, that is accredited among the top 5 business schools in Pakistan.

She is a relentless advocate of human rights, women empowerment, diversity and inclusion, and rights to education which is what motivated her to align herself with different organizations. She is the Founder of Hunt the Hunger, a non-profit voluntary based community which aligns its mission of eliminating the threat of hunger with the UN Sustainable Development Goal 2- Zero Hunger.

On the volunteering side she presently serves as the Executive Director Youth for Pakistan and Director Public Relations and Networking at Student Defender, Director Humanities and Inclusion at Khidmat-e-Ummah Foundation Headquartered in Islamabad, Ambassador for World Literacy Foundation, Melbourne Australia, Country Director Pakistan – Center for Peace Advocacy and Sustainable Development and Communication Director for Global Youth Movement Against Gender Based Violence Nigeria, Country Editor at The Young Achievers, Public Relations Manager Global Youth Engagement Model United Nations, International Member at Amnesty International United Kingdom, Ambassador at Zero Hour, NewYork, Ambassador at Dream Equal, Ambassador 2nd Youth for Peace Summit Azad Jammu & Kahsmir, Ambassador State Youth Assembly, Ambassador International Peace and Economic Development Organization and Global Ambassador Womentech Network United States.

Through all these engagements, she has been able to contribute and participate in reaching out to over 5,000 youths all over the world through the local and international NGOs she volunteers with. With these experiences, she was able to develop strong Project Coordination and built Administrative with Leadership Skills.

Her mission is to connect, encourage, empower, educate, and inspire individuals to become more independent, resilient, and motivated to develop global connections, as well as being determined to be creating positive change amidst this changing and developing world. Your purpose on earth is to serve humanity in any capacity you can, find your PURPOSE and WHY. Then, watch out how your life will keep transforming positively when you do/serve passionately.

This exposure also earned her several awards and recognition from Africa, Asia, and Europe. Just to mention few the international Young Top 40 Leading Youth Award 2020 Makeme Elegant Foundation, Nigeria; Outstanding Global Youth Ambassador World Literacy Foundation Australia, 2020; Honorary Degree Award Cultural Peace Mashreq Cultural Forum; Ambassador – Each one Teach One; Ambassador – Green School Programme WWF; Ambassador – Worldwide Fund for Nature Pakistan.
