Bio
Jyotsna Manikantan is a Patent Holder, Innovator, and Director of Product Management at ADP driving strategic cross-functional initiatives with her innovative ideas and thought leadership. Jyotsna leads complex projects within their global organization for disruptive change transformation. Jyotsna is a two-time Grace Hopper Celebration speaker, Women in Tech Speaker, active volunteer in her community, and mentors’ students & mid-career professionals to pursue careers in STEM.
In the 15th year at ADP and 18th year of her career, Jyotsna is a Board Member of ADP’s International Women’s Inclusion Network (iWIN) Business Resource Group for Corporate Social Responsibility. In this role, Jyotsna is working to create opportunities for associates to engage, equip, and empower women to learn, grow, and pay it forward. iWIN strives to provide growth resources and connections for ADP associates across the globe interested in career & professional development, expanding networks, supporting community-based women’s organizations, and gaining access to mentoring.
