Jenny Cones has 20-plus years of recruiting experience in a variety of spaces including software, consulting, and financial services organizations. Currently, she is a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at SonicWall, a leader in the Cybersecurity Space. Jenny has recruited for a broad diversity of skill sets during her career such as sales, marketing support, software development, project/program managers, IT architects, a few actuaries and even a pilot to become an AVP of transportation. This has given Jenny a broad and deep knowledge of the tech space along with the opportunity to speak with literally thousands of professionals in tech. With this, she has also negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars of salaries.
