Emily leads global product management for Practical Law. She joined Thomson Reuters with the Practical Law acquisition in 2013. Prior to the acquisition, Emily led the development of Practical Law’s Corporate & M&A, Antitrust and Commercial know how content services as part of the launch of Practical Law in the US. Before joining Practical Law and Thomson Reuters, Emily was an M&A associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison where she represented both financial and strategic clients in private and public M&A, private equity and general corporate matters.
