Session: Stores of the future in the digital space - trends, strategies and customer expectations
Most retail brands - from grocery to luxury- have been talking about the 'store of the future' for the past few years. Their attention and effort is on physical retail and how to incorporate digital elements to offer an 'Omnichannel experience'. But how do we translate the Omnichannel experience into the digital space? What do new age stores in the Meta universe might look like? How do traditional expectations such as customer service and availability get translated and dealt with? and most importantly what is the starting point for established 'offline' organisations to translate their brand and offer a digital store of the future?
Bio
Elli comes from Greece but has spend the past 12 years between the UK and Switzerland. She has been passionate about people's decision making process at the point of sale and she has dedicated her career to Fast moving consumer goods. She has been fortunate enough to work for some of the most beloved brands in the world across Marketing and Commercial in Europe, Asia and the UAE.
Most recently, she has been helping traditional brands and retailers implement technology to digitally transform their front office operations. She is a firm believer that the future is digital and that the digital access will forever change how people make shopping decisions at the point of sale
