In this job, you'll focus on maximizing value, retention and growth throughout the customer life-cycle. You will help protect our customers key applications and assets from advanced cyber threats. Our Senior Customer Success Manager will become an industry expert, delivering innovative outcomes to achieve retention.
As an Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as point of contact for customer by understanding their needs and building relationships to ensure success
- Being a proactive technical consultant for our customers by delivering value with every engagement
- Understanding requirements to ensure successful implementation and onboarding for new customers
- Conducting product training to drive adoption and to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in B2B SaaS customer success and Cybersecurity Companies;
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
- Be a self-starter who can manage multiple projects with different priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Be able to build successful relationships with with customers, remote and global teams
