The position
The System Administrator will be responsible for the operational excellence of a group of systems/applications, performing the tasks to keep the systems compliant with the company standards. This role is working with multiple areas of the business and IT.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Compliance and process documentation.
• Coordinating and scheduling backup & performing disaster recovery testing.
• Service Level Agreement monitoring.
• Access & identity monitoring.
• Coordinating (but not performing) server and database patches.
• Audit trail monitoring.
• Coordinating software management Interfacing.
• Manage Incident & Problem Management by tickets.
• Performing Change Management.
• Working with IT Infrastructure to remediate replace migrate or decommission legacy systems or infrastructure items.
Requirements
• At least 2 years working as System Analyst / System Lead / System Administrator or similar roles in multinational companies.
• Understanding and experience working with hardware, software, networking and databases.
• Proven work experience in an IT technical support or similar role.
• Advanced level of English.
