The Sr. Solutions Engineer is responsible for ensuring reliability of digital solutions deployed on Edison platform during the stages of onboarding, installation and maintenance.
- Partner with business team to creatively identify / evaluate / implement / improve technologies and processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions utilizing Lean and Agile principles.
- Lead the development of winnable strategies that creatively use resources to anticipate and solve problems, resulting in innovative solutions for the business using alternatives beyond the obvious.
- Drive the evolution of site reliability engineering for Edison Platform by delivering products that can enable monitoring, telemetry, AI/ML Oops and to enable data driven decisions with speed and agility.
- Partner will Edison Platform Engineering organizations to streamline DevOps/GITOps practices and bring consistency to bring operational efficiencies.
- Guide & Govern Edison Platform policies & controls while adopting digital solution during every phase of product development lifecycle
