As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and building and nurturing relationships with global HQ based organisations in the UK & Ireland.

What you'll do
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, securing maximum revenue through large deals and multi-year contracts.
  • Communicate the value of New Relic's solutions to C-level executives and other senior enterprise decision-makers, leveraging your ability to engage at an executive level and navigate complex sales processes.
  • Conduct discovery by using sales methodologies, to uncover the needs of large, enterprise companies, while demonstrating the value of our offering.
  • Manage the full sales cycle through to closure, while building a sustainable pipeline for your assigned accounts, with a focus on growth.
  • Collaborate with TSM (Technical Sales Managers), Solutions Consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure a strong pre and post-sales relationships.


This role requires
  • A proven track record of quota over-achievement and growing an ambitious pipeline through outbound prospecting and demonstrating value and impact of software solutions.
  • Ability to navigate complex organisations and sell to multiple decision-makers, with a focus on  the "C Suite"
  • Strong delegation skills: ability to orchestrate the team to win deals and manage delegated activities efficiently.
  • Technical expertise: ability to grasp technology and demonstrate insight into clients businesses, including how tech drives business and organisational complexity.
  • Track record of successfully closing large, multiyear enterprise deals. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bonus points if you have
  • Knowledge of Observability (o11y) Monitoring, APM, or similar complex technologies
  • Experience with sales automation tools like Salesforce
  • Proficient user of formal sales training methodologies e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS, Command of the Message.
  • Knowledge or experience of selling software with consumption based pricing models.
