As a Customer Success Representative for Renewals, you will work with a specific group of customers to sustain and grow renewal rates. You'll establish deep, strategic relationships with a particular focus on retention and finding new opportunities for upsell.
Your ability to clearly articulate our value proposition, sustain and renew contracts on time. Resolving customer issues and problems. Effectively managing your time will be the key to our mutual success. Mitigate the risk of churn and downgrades.
