What You'll Do:

  • Maintain & grow healthy retail media campaign pipeline

  • Set-up & launch retailer-owned campaigns

  • Manage & optimize retailer-owned campaigns, mitigating underspend and delivering on brand goals

  • Generate and analyze performance-based reporting, providing actionable insights to retailer partners

  • Lead recurring performance-based calls with portfolio of retailer accounts

  • Track campaign spend and revenue growth to ensure accounts are pacing to achieve quarterly goals

  • Lead retailer-facing training/knowledge sharing on campaign management and reporting

  • Provide frequent strategic insights and recommendations to enable retail partner to secure additional investments and grow brand spend

  • Operate as campaign performance expert for retailer partners, capitalizing on opportunities to provide recommendations and process improvements

  • Ensure client retention / satisfaction and grow inventory and yield

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years digital media experience, ideally familiar with ecommerce and/or digital marketing

  • Existing experience in a client-facing role and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Existing experience optimizing advertising campaigns towards KPI goals

  • Process-driven and detail oriented with strong ability to manage deliverables across multiple high priority accounts simultaneously

  • Creative and forward-thinking with desire to improve processes and identify areas of opportunity for seamless client collaboration

  • Strong story telling skills with ability to leverage data to support growth recommendations

  • A flexible and quick thinking individual able to troubleshoot both within the team and outside of the team

  • Willingness to think outside the box & role to generate results and growth for the team

  • Ability to work with and across multiple teams of varying focus including – Retail Teams, Sales, Sales Operations, Product, AdOps, Technical Services

  • A team player interested collaborating with and mentoring counterparts

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Word Document)

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$94,000 - $110,000
