What You'll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, India, you will be directly involved in building and executing our talent acquisition strategy, with the goal to acquire top talent to support Criteo’s growing business in APAC.
Based in Gurgaon, India, you will source and recruit professionals primarily for our India office. You will be supporting a mix of technical & non-technical recruitment. Being a part of the wider APAC Talent Acquisition team, you exchange best practices, interact, and support your colleagues in India, Japan and Singapore.

Manage the entire recruitment process from kickoff with stakeholders to negotiation & closing candidates, onboarding top talent for our business

Determine the appropriate channels through which to source candidates (websites, direct sourcing, research etc)

Be the solutions-oriented Talent Advisor to your stakeholders, keeping up to date with new sourcing techniques, external market trends and act as a resource for areas of specialty in recruiting

Find and engage unique and passive candidates with creative sourcing techniques

Work cross-functionally with wider Regional & Global People team to ensure a collaborative approach to hiring at Criteo

Share best practices with the wider TA and People teams
Who You Are:
- At least 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to a technology environment
- In house hiring experience recruiting for commercial, operations & technical profiles
- Experience and knowledge of India market and the hiring landscape
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams globally
- Experience with sourcing tools (business networking sites, LinkedIn, job boards, etc), Employee Referral programs, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HR Information Systems
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects, and with multiple partners, simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Solutions and results oriented with strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Open to learning and contributing to best practices
