What You'll Do:
As part of the FP&A and CSF&O organization within Criteo, the Global Sales Compensation team works on improving, scaling and driving quarterly commercial cycles through processes & tools, as well as designing and implementing Sales Compensation strategy for the whole Commercial population (c. 1400 people).We act as Business Partners for the Commercial Management and Regional Sales Operations and participate in key Sales & Operations projects, partnering with other global teams (FP&A, IT, Compensation & Benefits, People Operations).
Participate in sales compensation administration:
Sales bonus achievement administration support by performing data quality checks, analysis and achievement calculations
- Target letters administration: sending letters, handling customer support, reporting on status and signatures
- Sales Compensation centralization for Global teams: retrieve data, liaise with stakeholders for validation, etc.
Support Regional Sales Ops in quarterly Business Planning and Compensation processes
- Target Setting: Compensation plan creation, Compensation plan analysis by role
- Achievement exceptions and correction management: tracking and reporting on manual bonus calculations done by Regional Sales Ops
- SPIFF and Achievements changes processes: liaise with Compensation & Benefits team to send SPIFF results as well as monthly Achievement changes requested by the Client Solutions teams and validated by Management
Improve Data quality in the Sales Compensation Management Tool - Anaplan
- Preparation of accruals and achievements processes within our Sales Compensation management tool (Anaplan, PowerBI, Salesforce, Workday)
- Provide support to Regional Sales Ops on HR data (role definition, performance period)
Animate the Business Operations (regional + global sales compensation ) community
- Consolidate Planning and Sales Compensation updates and follow-up actions for key Business Ops meetings
- Plan Quarterly process post-mortems (feedback session on processes, tools, data quality topics ) and help identify areas for improvements
Improve Business Operations documentation
- Participate in the maintaining an updated version of the Sales Compensation Playbook:
1. Key guidelines and rules for Sales Compensation Processes
2. Target Setting Process
3. Achievement Process
4. Q&A for Sales Employees
Who You Are:
- Excellent speaking and writing in English (all communications & meetings are in English)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on
- Fast and enthusiastic learner
- Used to deal with large sets of data & numbers (Excel proficiency, Power BI is a plus)
