Electronic Trade Order Management System (ETOMS) is a global Fixed Income electronic trading system for market making.  For sell-side fixed income firms, Bloomberg Trade Order Management Solutions (TOMS) delivers global, multi-asset solutions for front-end inventory, trading, compliance and middle & back office operations - ETOMS is fully integrated with Bloomberg terminal, data, analytics, and products to offer clients a competitive edge.  Fixed Income markets have increasingly become electronic and require advanced electronic trading solutions to help traders manage the speed and complexity to be competitive.
 
What’s the Role?
We are looking for a D2C Product Manager to manage ETOMS dealer-to-client market making products.  ETOMS Dealer-to-Client spans the full range of tools traders need such as market connectivity, price engine, quoting engine, model engine, trade blotter, RFQ ticket, auto-quoting and Straight-Through Processing (STP).
 
Responsibilities:

  • Presenting the vision, value proposition, roadmap and development progress to sales and clients
  • Working collaboratively with other Product Managers to integrate ETOMS services across all relevant workflows
  • Documenting clear functional specifications (including SLAs) for each phase of product development
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and that all development milestones are met
  •   You’ll Need to Have:

  • 10+ years experience in product management or related field
  • Expert knowledge of Sellside EMS products and systems
  • Demonstrated acumen in Fixed Income electronic trading automation
  • Experience managing complex projects and teams
  • Hands-on experience with Fixed Income traders
  • Asset class lifecycle experience in at least one of these asset classes: Rates, Credit
  • Knowledge of trading business processes including Electronic Trading, Pricing, Risk, Trade Capture, Trade Lifecycle
  • Experience with Fixed Income electronic trading systems and order management systems
  • Knowledge of Software development process (Agile methodology preferred)
  • Project management business acumen (status, risks, issues, dependencies)
  • Bachelors Degree in associated focus (Product Management, Finance, STEM, etc)

Salary Range = 140000 - 295000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
