On a more personal level, the mentor-mentee relationship fosters personal growth and a sense of satisfaction from contributing to someone else's success. For young women, this means growing under the tutelage of someone who has faced and overcome similar challenges. For mentors, there is immense satisfaction in watching a mentee succeed and knowing they played a part in that journey.
