Welcome! We are excited to have you on board as a local event & chapter partner on our mission to bring 100 000 women in tech together to discuss things that matter!

We truly believe in the power of collaboration, working together towards achieving a common goal - bringing more diversity to tech, closing the gender gap, and making sure women are part of the solution to our current and future challenges.

Our Women in Tech Global Conference unites communities from across the globe through in-person events that are connected virtually as part of the Global Conference or as standalone events.

When hosted as apart of the Global Conference it allows attendees to have a unique and intimate on-site experience and still have access virtually to the WomenTech Global Conference sessions and attendees.

Apply to host a hybrid event and get your program, company and speakers featured as part of the WomenTech Network.

General Requirements

  • The program must follow the WomenTech guidelines in regards to value and give back to your local and global community of women in technology. 
  • We are looking for local success stories, women in tech initiatives with impact, and presentations aligned with the Women in Tech Global Conference agenda and topics.
  • The event partner is responsible for securing a budget that may vary depending on the local specifics, whether it is on the premises of the event partner (office) or an external location such as co-working or other event space. 
  • WomenTech Network will provide guidelines, content, promotion and registration management upon selection of the location and event partner.
  • The event partner will coordinate with WomenTech HQ and allow at least 5 external speakers at 10 mins each and up to 10 WomenTech partner companies to participate in the local event with a table/booth for networking purposes with participants.
  • The event host will pay a 1500$ hosting fee to WomenTech Network. (Does not apply for Women in Tech Global Conference Platinum Sponsors or Network Partners)

  • Opening speech by host partner

  • Manage Event Page, Virtual Event, Registrants & Ticketing (free for ticket-holders of Global Conference and invite-only passes by WomenTech Network)
  • If Hybrid: Technical guidance for online streaming incl. streaming URL to stream local content to the global audience as part of the WomenTech Global Conference.
  • Ticket discount code (20%) for Global Conference;
  • 30 complimentary VIP tickets to the WomenTech Global Conference 2023 for your team/community members.
  • Your logo and link on the conference page;
  • Marketing collateral and copy to promote the local event.
  • Promotion of the partnership on WomenTech Network social networks and newsletter (+60k);
  • Mentions in WomenTech Network communications activities in 2023 on social media/website/conference broadcast.

⭐️ What we ask for:

  • Host a local WomenTech event on June 10th, 2023 as an exclusive representative for the WomenTech Global Impact Summit as part of the Global Conference 2023:
    • Format: In-person, presentations & networking, fun activities
    • # of Participants: Min. 70, max. 500
    • 10-15 company tables
    • Provide 5x10min keynote slots for third-party speakers
    • Catering, Cocktail Reception (Depending on audience target)
  • Manage all aspects of the on-site event;
  • Manage program and speakers in coordination with WomenTech HQ;
  • Provide PR support via press release distribution to local media;
  • Announce our upcoming WomenTech Global Impact Summit & Conference to your network/community via:
    • Website, Newsletter, ERG
    • Social Media
