Session: From Chaos to Agile, and the demons along the way
This is a story of how we turned a perfect start-up culture into an absolute chaos, and how we turned that chaos into agile.
In an extremely competitive digital landscape, we had to catch up with the latest technological demands, regain the trust of our customers and motivate and engage our teams. Most importantly, we had to do it fast which meant removing waste, experimenting and innovating at speed while delivering a product our customers would love.
This is a glimpse of our journey in overcoming the demons that we came across in the hope that it might help other teams faced with similar challenges.
