Session: WTFacilitation - Remote Edition
Imagine you are sitting in the 5th meeting of the day, no one is listening, no one is participating. This sucks for everyone in that (virtual) room. What if I told you, it doesn’t have to be that way.My experience spans across a ton of more or less catastrophic meetings, workshops and just situations and I have learned one thing: If they are facilitated well, you can accomplish anything!
I want to share some of my tips and tricks about in-person and, at the moment more importantly, virtual or remote facilitation. Good facilitation will lead to better alignment, collaboration and trust!
Preparation: You do not need to prepare anything, we will be using a Mural board, the link will be shared in the session, no sign-up required.
