JOHANNA BAARE is a Strategy Transformation and Business Design Expert bringing together expertise in Strategy Consulting for DAX30 corporates with Business Design in a startup. She joined Panion as Chief Operations Officer, using her expertise in business strategy and organizational design to optimize Panion's internal processes in preparation for future scalability.
