You will work for our Connect tribe, which builds and operates interconnected shopping platforms for our B2B partners (e.g. CNN, Elpais, Business Insider, Focus Online, DailyMail, Microsoft, etc.). Connect aspires to be “the customer's easy, fair, and caring shopping partner from discovery to purchase”. We focus on helping consumers to make the best purchasing decision through shopping recommendations, product comparisons, reviews, deals, and coupons. The tribe traces its origins back to 2012 and operates across 21 markets in Europe, North America, APAC, and Latin America.
We are currently looking for a Inhouse ERP consultant - MS Dynamics 365 (m/f/d) to join our Finance team in our office in Munich. Our Finance team provides timely, reliable, and accurate financial information to relevant stakeholders, thus assisting decision-making. Efficient processes, transparency, and compliance with local and international financial reporting regulations are critical to the finance functions in our company. They enable the business to make data-driven decisions by democratising data. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
- Administrate licenses, create users
- Manage roles and permissions
- Create, change and clean up master data
- Configure ERP settings
- Provide 1st level ERP application support for all users across the firm (accounting, controlling, tax departments)
- Analyse problems and find solutions in the context of more complex user problems
- Closely communicate with the internal Business Central developing team
- Work on ERP projects such as upgrades and migrations, data extracts for financial or audit purposes, integration with other tools etc.
We are a match if you have...
- Proven knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 NAV or Business Central
- 3-5 years of functional support role experience with ERP system
- Proven accounting/finance background
- Ability to work independently under stress-situations (time-pressure, expectations)
- Understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction
- Flexibility and service-oriented mindset
- Solution-driven personality
- Fluent English
