Senior product and commercial tech-savvy leader with broad international experience in strategy, growth, marketing, operations, business development, analytics, and product management (15+ yrs work experience). Generalist with strong and proven leadership skills - leading people with and without formal authority - who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments with various difficult situations to tackle.
Currently working for OLX Group, which is the world's leading online classifieds platform present in more than 30 countries across five continents. In her position as Director of Product for Monetization, she is responsible for revenue generation at OLX markets globally with teams over the hubs in Germany, India, and Poland (60+ people). In her previous position as Head of Product for Payment Solutions, Floriane built up and ran a world-class product delivery team of over 20 people that serves all of the OLX markets globally with payment solutions to enable their customers to pay with their preferred payment methods.
