We are seeking a Trainer I to conduct product and software
application training utilizing multiple instructional platforms. The Training
Specialist I develops detailed knowledge for their assigned software
product/industry and executes training plans to instruct users on product
features, troubleshooting techniques, and navigation
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct or co-facilitates product and software orientation
and training programs for employees and clients - Helps participants assimilate knowledge, presents common
troubleshooting issues and resolutions, and guides them in effective client
communications - Executes individual and group training sessions, webinars,
workshops etc. - Meets established training schedules and project and go-live
implementation timelines, including set-up and run-though trainings - Responds to product and software functionality and set-up
questions - Researches and resolves software or product issues,
escalates unresolved issues to appropriate individuals for resolution as needed - Facilitates instruction through web-based course content,
online webinars, in-person instructor-led courses, and individual coaching
sessions - Instructs participants on technology, product, and industry
knowledge - Communicates subject matter effectively by understanding the
needs of the audience and tailoring the session to the target audience - May create course content and ancillary training materials
according to defined learning objectives
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, finance, computer
engineering, or related area; or an equivalent combi Ability to positively and
effectively interact with others and the ability to teach and coach others - People focused, with the ability to build rapport
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and organized, with the
ability to manage shifting priorities - Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple
tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making and organization skills
- Knowledge of multimedia training platforms and methods
- Strong interpersonal skills

Compensation Range: $30.29
- $33.65 per hour
