What you can expect when joining the team

At the heart of the Medical Billing team, you'll join a team responsible for completing our customers' entire medical billing cycle. You'll participate in team tasks, while also having full responsibility for certain files. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Penticton office.


Your daily life

In your day to day, you will be required to:

  • Conduct data entry for billing claims accurately and efficiently;
  • Provide dedicated follow-up and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly;
  • Code diagnostic codes with precision and attention to detail;
  • Perform reconciliation of claims to ensure accuracy and completeness;
  • Handle data entry tasks for both paper and electronic submissions with diligence;
  • Assist with marketing administration and provide support where needed.

  • Prior experience in the medical field, transcription, or medical administration (strong asset);
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).


The hourly salary for this position ranges from $19 to $22. This amount is determined by various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
