The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is a developing engineering role, responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational.

Through the proactive monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving of technical incidents and problems, the Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) is able to restore service to clients.

The primary objective of this role is to proactively review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve them without breaching service level agreement (SLA).

The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) focuses on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity and focusses across two or more technology domains - Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications and / or Collaboration etc.

This role may also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.

What you'll be doing

• L2 Resource:
  • The candidate must be responsible for daily administration, management, maintenance, software updates, migration, troubleshooting of issues and addressing queries from end users related to WebEx.
  • The candidate must ensure an efficient and secure usage of Webex platform.
  • The candidate must ensure seamless WebEx experience for the Top management and end users of the Bank (highly critical).
  • The candidate must be able to provide seamless integration of the existing VC systems onto the WebEx cloud to conduct secure meetings.
  • The candidate must enable/ disable any features on a case-to-case basis as per the requirements of the Bank.
  • The candidate must monitor the usage of the platform on a regular basis from security purview and provide regular reports and updates to the Bank.
  • The candidate must coordinate with Cisco (TAC) technical team for troubleshooting issues.
  • The candidate must ensure better absorption and adoption of the platform.
  • The candidate must have Minimum 5 years of operational experience in handling operations related to Cisco Webex meetings and other products of the Cisco Webex Suite.
  • Any recommended certification from OEM on the above solution is preferred. The Final decision in this regard shall be as per the discretion of the Bank.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
• Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate’s qualification for the role).
