Job Summary:

The Compensation Partner will be the main Compensation Partnership for Sales, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success (“SMS&CS”). The role reports to the Director, Global Compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the SMS&CS business via by attending meetings, championing programs, providing compensation & job framework strategy, programs guidance, and solutioning
  • Build out charters & complex cross-functional project plans for the Thrive Rewards (annual compensation cycle), global statutory increases, and fiscal year projects
  • Maintains a working knowledge of trends in sales compensation that may affect compensation policies

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of compensation experience in medium to large organizations, preferably with global public companies
  • Solid experience with compensation surveys and systems, covering base, variable, and equity elements
  • Proficient in Excel, HRIS platforms, data analytics software, and salary surveys
  • Knowledgeable about sales compensation trends and their impact on compensation policies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and collaborative approach
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and skilled in problem-solving and process improvement
  • Experience with sales compensation, Sales Force Effectiveness, and sales incentive plans is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, data analytics or business curriculum preferred

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $
150,800 - $212,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
