We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager or Head Microsoft Nerd (focused on N-able and the Microsoft Cloud) to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, avid learner, and strong communicator. The Head Nerds work cross functionally across the entire company and within the Technology and Products Group to ensure that our partners can successfully use our product solutions to effectively run their MSP business.
This role is a technical evangelist for N-able product integrations and user cases with Microsoft Clouds solutions including Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure Entra, Intune, Windows 365 and Defender and helps N-able’s customers adopt and use N-able and Microsoft cloud technologies. It is a unique opportunity to join a highly acclaimed global team of Head Nerds.
What You'll Do
- Be a leading subject matter expect on Microsoft cloud technologies; spanning M365, Azure, Defender, Intune and Windows 365
- Be a public figure for the N-able/Microsoft relationship and publicize how-to and best practices on social media.
- Create training content on an ongoing basis to showcase integrations, and use of Microsoft and N-able together.
- Train partners at scale (up to 500 participants) per virtual training session and take part in events as an evangelist and help promote use of products and technologies.
- Post various blogs, record short videos, write articles for media, and post to social media.
- Write scripts and help improve the integrations within the stack and work with the N-able product and engineering teams to help iterate on Microsoft cloud integrations, use cases across N-able products that will meet the needs of our MSPs.
- Work with partners 1on1 to help impart best practices and provide training to strategic partners and analyze complex partner needs and technical issues to determine solutions.
- Create custom solutions that will help partners reach their unique business and technical goals such as custom monitoring, automation policies, and reporting solutions.
- Utilize knowledge of the MSP landscape and competitive products to aid customers with large deployments to migrate to our platforms.
- Serve as the voice of the customer on common technical issues and roadblocks with internal teams.

What You'll Bring
- An outstanding track record in a technical and/or professional services role
- Deep technical Proficiency in the Microsoft clouds Azure, Entra, M365,. Intune, Windows 365, Defender, etc)
- Microsoft MVP status and/or Microsoft certifications preferred
- Proficient in Windows operating systems, file structure, registry, and event logs
- Extensive knowledge in SQL, Exchange, Linux, networking, and/or scripting a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively speak to complex topics and consult with partners on their individual needs.
- PowerAutomate and PowerShell Scripting is a plus.
- Exceptional self-management skills coupled with excellent customer service skills and strong time management skills
- Prior experience supporting N-Central / N-able or other RMM/UEM use cases preferred would be a bonus
