The Role
You will be the major point of contact for the majority of our customers after the implementation (small- and mid-value customers).
You will ensure customer satisfaction while working in close collaboration with all customer-facing teams to strengthen customer loyalty, increase product adoption, and avoid churn.
What you'll do
- Coordinating customer requests internally to ensure service delivery
- Acting as customer advocate to ensure high customer satisfaction and prevent churn
- Proactively reaching out to customers to support their development and growth
- Increasing product adoption by identifying upsell potentials / emphasizing added value
- Supporting sales activities by providing qualified references through the collection of customer feedback
- Using of internal data / reports to know our customer base and discover risks / trends
What you bring to the table
- studies in business administration or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- experience in supporting and growing B2B customers as well as following up on all their needs, ideally in the Customer Success area of a software or SaaS company
- customer-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality
- good communication and organizational skills, structured, creative, solution-oriented
- Business fluent language skills in German and English enable you to communicate with assurance with our international costumers and partners
