Are you eager to start your IT journey but don't have tech experience? Do you thrive on helping others solve problems and love the feeling of making a difference? Look no further! As a Customer Service Representative at Kyndryl, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-facing team, using your people skills to deliver exceptional support to our clients.

What We're Looking For
We're not looking for tech wizards – we're looking for friendly, empathetic, and helpful individuals who are passionate about making a difference. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their issues with ease and professionalism.

Your Journey Begins Here
The first month, you learn the ropes and get set up with one client on production. Soon, you’ll be multi-tasking and providing interactive solutions (chat, email, MS Teams) while treating our customers to concierge-level care.

You will also work with back-office teams to handle escalations. This is your chance to work alongside senior co-workers who will share their knowledge. As you interact with many different people on a variety of problems, you’ll grow your experience, skill, and grasp of what other job roles do. In addition, there are plentiful opportunities to find and work with mentors.

Who You Are

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

Required skills and expertise:

  • Knowledge of Romanian and English language at least at B2 level.

  • Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility and adaptability.


Nice to have:

  • Prior experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

  • Relevant experience in a support help desk or customer support role, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues.

  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a willingness to take on new challenges and expand your skillset.
