The Role

• Develop and curate tailored enablement materials for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, equipping them to engage customers and distinguish themselves in the market effectively.

• Ensure all content adheres to Kyndryl's design guidelines and brand standards, fostering consistency and professionalism across all materials.

• Formulate a comprehensive content strategy to drive activation of key initiatives, including Kyndryl Stride, Kyndryl Country Summits, Alliance-related projects, and Bridge Enablement.

• Collaborate with the Culture team to facilitate the global deployment of Country Summits, ensuring alignment with organizational values and objectives.

• Partner with the Global Bridge team to facilitate the deployment of enablement resources, supporting seamless adoption across regions.

Who You Are

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8-9 years of experience in copywriting, editing and storytelling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2 years of experience in SharePoint page creation and management
• Ability to collaborate, work in a team, and network across a matrixed organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent business and people operations acumen; comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in design tools like Canva, Adobe, WordPress, is a bonus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Graduation and above
