What You'll Do:

Global Sales Effectiveness is a global team within Criteo that aims to drive sales growth and productivity by managing sales tools and strengthening sales processes. As a Level 2 User Support analyst, you will be an integral part of Criteo’s fast-growing business. You will be a part of a young, innovative, and high-profile team. As a Level 2 User Support analyst you will partner with our Level 1 partner team as well with all the sales effectiveness analysts in order to ensure high efficiency and user satisfaction for all user support requests.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 user support at the global organization level, by manifesting high expertise in Salesforce and Criteo’s internal processes

  • Support the level 1 team members by training & explaining to them how to solve recurrent cases

  • Identifying top recurrent support issues and running root cause analysis to propose resolutions

  • Review process gaps, partnering with process owners and IIT in order to drive improvements

  • Provide Salesforce expertise to the rest of the team members and L1 1 support team

  • Monitor main user support KPIs focusing on delivering on targets and driving improvements

  • Ensure the support process is contributing to high user satisfaction.

Who You Are:

  • Significant experience in Salesforce, Data Analysis, Sales Operations, or Finance with increasing responsibilities

  • Previous experience in a user support function with high complexity and technical diversity

  • Previous experience administrating a CRM system, Salesforce knowledge is a plus

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence

  • Able to work independently and as a part of cross-functional team

  • Above all, you’re not afraid to go outside of your comfort zone, you’re proactive, a fast learner, and have a great sense of team spirit

  • Excellent communication skills
