Men, who predominantly hold leadership positions in the tech industry, play a crucial role in advocating for gender diversity. Encouraging men to become allies, participate in mentorship programs, and question the status quo is vital. Without their active involvement and the dismantling of the 'boys' club' mentality, achieving significant progress will remain challenging.
