One of the most significant barriers to gender equality is unconscious bias, which can inadvertently influence hiring, promotion, and evaluation processes. Diversity and inclusion initiatives that include training to identify and overcome these biases can be effective in creating more equitable opportunities for all genders. However, continuous effort and awareness are required to maintain progress.
