While incubators and accelerators have the potential to support women in tech, relying solely on these platforms may not be sufficient to close the gender gap entirely. Addressing this issue requires a multifaceted approach that includes changes in cultural perceptions, educational reforms to encourage girls in STEM from a young age, and corporate policies that promote diversity and inclusion. Incubators and accelerators can be a part of the solution, but broader societal shifts are needed for substantial progress.
