Lerato is a seasoned tech professional with over 10 years’ experience working in tech in the automotive, tech start-up as well as mining industries - whereby, she gained tremendous experience on various facets of tech. She started out as a Service Desk Technician - where she got exposure in all facets of technical support and then progressed to occupy a role as a QA System Analyst, in this role she gained experience in Application Support & Application Testing as well as gained working knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. |
