Session: Don't get left behind! Inclusiveness strategies you can launch today.
It is a mistake to lag behind your peers and competitors when it comes to building and implementing culture and employee relations practices and behaviors. Company culture affects all parts of your organization from the technology you build, the success of your customers, the happiness of your employees, and the people you attract. Without focus and dedication on building and maintaining it, data shows you’ll earn less profit, you’ll sign-on fewer customers, and you'll struggle to retain and hire top talent.
Building a positive and welcoming company culture should be a focus from day one. It’s not something you delay on employing and launching. Frances Donegan-Ryan, VP People & Culture at Indicio, will share the successful methods and programs she’s developed in her long career working with startups and global enterprises that you can put into place as soon as you get back to the office, as well as mid-range and long-range strategies you can start planning for today.
