You will design, plan and drive the implementation of segmentation projects. You will work with customers to provide creative solutions and achieve high customer satisfaction. You will use your technical skills and critical thinking to propose innovative problem-solving solutions for our customers.

As a Micro Segmentation Professional Services Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the planning, installation and integration of our products in diverse environments using automation and configuration tools.
• Working with customers throughout project life-cycle, deploying and configuring state of the art Micro-Segmentation and Security platforms.
• Delivering advanced professional services such as customisations, training, expansions, configurations and optimisations to ensure customer satisfaction. Can be onsite, but mostly remote.
• Training our customers and partners on our products to ensure they gain maximum value from our solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner and drive customer post-sales satisfaction.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have solid experience in a customer-facing role, implementing enterprise software and infrastructure or a Professional Services role.
• Have hands-on experience in deploying, configuring and troubleshooting software or networking equipment.
• Have in-depth knowledge in technologies such as, Operating Systems, Networking, Cloud, Virtualisation and Scripting.
• Have great communication skills with the ability to build successful relationships with remote and global teams. Working with both professional and C Level.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Be fluent in French and have a business level in English
