And I'd like to share some highlights of the women tech network's journey. It's been already three years since the very first launch of the virtual women in tech Global conference. During the very early CO COVID times.

It was born from a need to unite women to discuss things that matter, to share, collaborate, support and get through the hard times together. Last year, we continued our mission of staying truly diverse and inclusive regardless of where you are, you are just one click away from the global wisdom, wisdom of change makers, pioneers, experts and extraordinary achievers to inspire and empower you to grow professionally this year.

Despite the things slowly moving back to in person hybrid, we are proud to say that the women in tag Global Conference is a virtual first conference. We are continuing to bring the best experiences to you. Regardless of whether you are joining from your office, you're home, you're co-working a cafe or a beach bar. We've grown tremendously through the last year, as well as our vision to unite women leaders who are at the core of the development, transformation and growth and in the driver seat of their companies, the glass ceiling is real, it's longer at the top, especially for women in tech.

So how can we help women more women intact to get to the top? How can we make sure that women intact stay on top and lift other women up? How can we close this gap which seems to be circular from the top to bottom. This was just some of the questions that we kept asking ourselves and that's how Chief Intact Summit was born. We had talking about a world where women in attack are not alone at the top where women architect the future where workplaces adapt to the needs of women and not the other way around where women have a seat and a say at the table where women lift each other up and men are strong allies for the better future together.

That's why and how the Chief in Tech summit was born. And I can't be more proud of the amazing speakers you are going to hear today and for the next day and invited to speak at the Global Co Conference.
