Today, I wish to share details about my 40-year journey into the incredible domain of introspection and realization. From 18 years as a licensed therapist under the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) umbrella to becoming an innovator in the tech field, I have continuously strived to empower individuals with tools for transformative behavior change.

Using CBT's foundational assumption that our behavior is influenced by our belief systems, perceptions, and inner programming, I've been able to help thousands of individuals overcome self-limiting beliefs. Take an example of someone who believes they deserve more but is constantly in a state of wanting. Through my guided process, this individual can shift their belief system to cultivate a sense of satisfaction, changing not just how they feel, but also how they behave and what they manifest in life.

So, the reason I'm presenting today is I, I wanna share about the work I've been doing for 40 years, about 38 years ago, I was a therapist for 18 years and it kind of falls under the C BT umbrella, which is the belief that inside of us, we have some belief systems, perceptions, programming that generates our behavior.
And in my work, uh for 18 years, I was able to help thousands of people change belief systems that limited their lives. Um When I say limit, I, I'll walk you through an example. Um But after 18 years of certified therapists teaching writing books, um I shifted to the internet because I was fascinated about um the internet and excuse my breathlessness, but I'm just overcoming COVID. So I'm not quite 100% but I'm here. Um So I shifted to technology. So I began to invent in tech. That's why I'm a female in tech. I built software and video production video ad builder. I built a video preview because I'm always about the customer experience. Same as in my past, always about the customer experience. How can I help? So I'm actually a change agent. That's what I am and my product is all about changing minds at scale. I'm getting up there in years and I don't want what I know to not be passed on. So that's what I'm doing with this process of taking my, my uh process and putting in the technology. So anybody can use an app and a headset that measures brainwaves to guide their own change experience. Ok. Next one purpose of what I'm about, I'm here to provide humanity with technology to speed adaptive behavior change, empowering people to bring the best version of themselves to the workplace at home and in sports and even Albert Einstein. So the measure of intelligence is the ability to change.
So that's what what I believe that I am and what I offer. And I've also done a lot of reprogramming of my own beliefs because I was born in a family, didn't really match my mission. And so what that means is for each one of you, if you also have that feeling, then follow me, learn it and then apply it to yourself. You can become anything you wanna be as long as you reprogram the brain that was reprogrammed. Originally by your experience, your parents, your friends, Instagram, a lot of these different things, program how our worldview. So what am I actually doing? Where in the space I'm working at? So therapy has kind of got a name of, oh, there must be something wrong with me. Well, I don't actually agree but I try to step outside of therapy and between medicine, with diagnosis and mental, with diagnosis and play in the space that I'm, I call the stress response. If I have a stress response, then I'm misaligned with what I really want and what I'm programmed to be. And I hope people program what they want into their programming in their brain so that then they can operate automatically instead of fighting against that programming. It is my thesis that the brain is programmed with millions of perceptions. Some work for us, some work against us. But to give you a real quick example, people believe the believing I deserve more are not going to have more. The people that have more.
Are those that are feeling satisfied? Some of the behaviors that come from, I deserve more. Number one stress uh feeling oh I don't know, less loss, um insecure. So they crave acceptance. They seek resources for validation, shopping, food, looks for attention and misses opportunity.
So you can see by believing that you deserve more is actually not productive very quickly. In two weeks. Through my process, you can change that belief. I no longer feel I deserve more. Again, it's a twice a day, little relaxation technique you do with yourself to change our mind. Then you reprogram in, I feel satisfied doing that, reprogramming twice a day for two weeks will permanently change. Not only how you feel but how you behave and what you attract in life. How do I do it? This is the secret sauce because I'm not gonna be available to sit with, to help people like I have for years to change their mental programming, their mindset. I have developed an app. There is a chatbot that replaces me and it talks to you and it guides you, makes suggestions on what you can change, completely unique to you and your personality. I do this at the way I can replace this, I measure the brain waves of a human being right now. Eeg headsets that girl in the, in the picture has it's a headband that measures the brain waves while you wear it and while you're chatting, it's connected through Bluetooth to that headset and I'm measuring the brain waves.
So when you say, well, of course, I'm happy and the brain waves go. No, you're not really happy. So why are you not happy? Well, because I, I work too much measure the brain waves. No, that's not quite right. Guess again, again, this process drills down a couple three layers until you get the core. Possibly the reason you're not happy is because you don't have any goals or you don't have vision or you're not being yourself or you hide yourself again. That's the beauty of a session with me or now the app, it will guide you in that process. Here are the different pieces that I've put together to make this possible EG enabled headset. The headband sends those brainwaves to the app. The chatbot asks the questions while the user answers those brainwaves are measured. And when I say for validity, the next slide will explain what validity is. It's like a little mini lie detector test. And that's what you help me understand it. The progress of the session continues until the user has identified. Why? So basically we're, we're searching for the why? Why do I behave this way? I have a daughter um 28 tomorrow. She says she and her friends always go. Why do I do that? I wish I knew why. That's what I I sell for. Um When we change, change is extremely difficult. And the reason I say that is talk therapy has been proven not to work.
You might learn something, but you cannot put it into practice unless you break kind of that barrier to your brain and your programming. That's what I've discovered over the last 30 years, how to take out the old programming and replace it with what you want. So now with this tool, you have the power to change your mind in two weeks. What am I measuring? I am measuring your brainwaves. There's two brain waves I measure, I measure, measure theta and I measure beta when you're not stressed and you relax and you're telling the truth, your beta will be up, your beta will be down when you make a statement with that chat bot, that is not true or you're lying. It could be. You think it's true but your unconscious is conflicted because it goes, no, that's not true. I don't know if you know, but we basically lie to ourselves a lot of the time this gets around that and it's not intentional lying. It's that sometimes we don't actually want to know the truth. We can evade our own truth. This helps you not only face it but face it without guilt or shame because it's not your fault. You have programming, it's not your fault. Your parents said go over there, be quiet. Sit down that now doesn't allow you to be a leader and a speaker because you've been programmed to go over there, sit down and be quiet.
And again, that happened in my generation a lot again, may imagine growing up in an environment, I'm sure some of you listening may have grown up in a cult, may have been lacking parents, uh may have had great parents that may be cuddled you so much that now you have insecurities because you haven't experienced the world in its roughness.
Again, these are the things I help with at scale. So the validity means your conscious mind is aligned with what you believe inside. So my name is Alexandria Day. I would test my brainwaves. It does it and it would be valid a true statement if I say My name is Jane Smith. There would be a disconnect, it would demonstrate um a brainwave beta waves would drop beta waves would fly up and say no, that's not a true statement again, just a step back. I always do a baseline test at the beginning of every session so that we know what's true and what's false. Then as you go through the questions session with the chatbot, we can validate or invalidate any statements that you make to arrive at July. Please know the chatbot today will be the avatar of the future in a room in the metaverse where you will go in and most likely be able to change a program in your brain in one session. Today takes me two weeks. But I believe the future I'm inventing for the future. A very quick change at scale. OK. And the last one is, is basically where I, where am I inventing? I'm inventing in a new space. Um This is heavy duty research. Everybody's researching.
How can we use a mental prosthesis for those that are paralyzed? It's great research. It's the future of helping those people, people that are non verbal. Even maybe those on the spectrum could actually think words and then they go to go to text that is happening in our world today where I sit, I sit in the commercialization side because I want to help people. It's what I'm about. My product is a step above meditation apps. That simply promote relaxation, raise awareness as when I'm stressed to then relax. I actually look at the stress to find out where the conflicts are and guide you to change the cause. So that when you're faced with the same situation again, you're not stressed, you get to be creative, you get to problem solve, you don't become emotional. Um Other things that you've heard probably in this space are Elon Musk's neuralink. However, I don't particularly agree.
He wants to implant a chip. Yes, it's a great prothesis for paralyzed people. I don't believe it's the future of changing your mind because I believe the human being still needs to be in charge of the choice to change their mind. I provide the tools so that you can do that.
