As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll handle enterprise aspects of our Salesforce.com platform. To be successful, you'll understand business requirements, translate them to effective solutions, and socialize those solutions among your colleagues and business partners.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator role will be part of our Business Applications Team at New Relic, working side by side with Salesforce Administrators and Developers. We utilize agile principles and the scrum framework to deliver high-quality build iterations within the tools we manage.
What you'll do
  • Lead the administration of our Salesforce instance and for Service Cloud
  • Talk to end-users and operations leaders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and translating those requirements into technical specifications.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user management, Report and Dashboards, Flows and other routine tasks
  • Build new features and functionality in our Salesforce Org with custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, lightning pages and automate business processes with Flows & Process Builder.
  • Identify reports and dashboards to measure the impact of build iterations.
  • Support end-users in real-time with issues relating to Salesforce and supported applications.
  • Deliver projects through our release management process.
  • Lead all aspects of 3rd party application use and support.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior team members on Salesforce best practices.
This role requires
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems,Business or the equivalent related experience
  • 6+ years experience of Salesforce Administrator Experience, including 6+ years in Service Cloud, Knowledge Base, Experience Cloud, Chat Bot & Omni-channel experience
  • Experience on automation process with Flows, Process Builder, SOQL and Salesforce Sharing & Security model.
  • Experience building with Salesforce Lightning User Interface;
  • Experience managing large data volumes, considering limits & performance tuning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Analytical skills to improve quality of iterative builds;
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization
  • Integration highly desirable
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification; and Service Cloud or Salesforce Certified Solution Architect are a plus 
  • Experience on Agile scrum master and continues development (GIT, SFDX, Jenkins etc) are a plus
  • Experience on Slack for Service Cloud, Einstein for Service are a plus
Bonus points if you have
  • Experience implementing Salesforce CPQ with Docusign and Billing (e.g. Zuora) integration highly desirable
  • Experience with Gainsight strongly preferred
  • Experience with Anaplan preferred
  • Agile scrum master or product owner training
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or the equivalent related experience.
