You will partner closely with the Product Organization to bring in executive level technical and product talent. Job Requirements
- Lead end-to-end execution of search processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and building trusted partnership with hiring Managers.
- Conduct comprehensive research and market analysis. Acting as a talent advisor, provide hiring managers with insights on market trends, competitive landscapes, talent profiles, and best practices to inform and influence executive hiring decisions.
- Build and sustain a robust network of executive-level professionals, referral sources and industry leaders through proactive sourcing, networking events, and professional platforms.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job specifications, and define candidate profiles.
- Perform thorough evaluations of executive candidates, focusing on qualifications, cultural fit, leadership skills, long-term potential, and ability to fill critical needs and gaps aligned with business needs.
- Build deep understanding of the Product Organization’s priorities, structure, talent, and critical roles to ensure a robust talent strategy aligned to the business.
- Ensure a positive candidate journey through regular communication and timely feedback.
- Collaborate with other functions including HR, Legal, Finance, Compensation, Procurement, Talent Management and Operations to improve talent acquisition processes, tools, and systems for more efficient executive recruitment.
- Establish and maintain a strong executive presence, representing the company with professionalism to attract top-tier candidates.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to position the company as an employer of choice for executive talent.
Job Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in recruitment, with a track record of filling senior-level positions.
- Technology sector experience and familiarity with different markets is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of executive compensation structures and negotiation strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a global mindset to navigate cross-cultural executive search.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Adept at building and maintaining a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
- Possesses integrity and professionalism, capable of engaging and influencing high-level stakeholders. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Expertise in executive recruitment, market intelligence, relationship management, recruitment software, and applicant tracking systems.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $119,760 - $189,420. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
