The Role
Are you passionate about creating exceptional user experiences that make a real impact? As a Design Expert at Lucanet, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our ESG and Financial Consolidation product lines. You will work closely with a team of Business Analysts, Product Managers, and fellow UI/UX Designers, you’ll turn customer needs and team input into functional, aesthetically pleasing features. 
What you'll do

  • Design with Purpose: Craft features that are both functional and visually appealing to address our customers' needs. 

  • Harness Creativity: Utilize your creativity alongside technical skills to develop standout user experiences. 

  • Collaborative Innovation: Partner with the Product Design Lead to establish new processes and form testable hypotheses. 

  • Product Integration: Seamlessly connect your product lines with the larger Lucanet universe for cohesive user experiences. 

  • Team Synergy: Foster collaboration and cohesion between different product teams. 

  • Drive Impact: Generate innovative ideas and see them through to realization, enhancing how we work and magnifying the impact of Product Design at Lucanet. 

What you bring to the table

  • Simplicity from Complexity: You have a knack for distilling complex products into easy-to-use designs without losing their core functionality. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing stakeholders and translating their needs into actionable designs and workflows.

  • Complex Project Enthusiast: You thrive on understanding and supporting intricate projects. 

  • Problem Solver: Skilled in identifying and prioritizing problems to be tackled effectively.
