Responsible for operating in lock-step with product management to create a clear strategic direction for build needs for a products in your teams portfolio. You will work with the team and deliver a clear and descriptive set of requirements to enable the delivery of a product features and functionality. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Service Owners and Developers.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
• Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.
• Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
• Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant products.
• Possess a understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product.
• Routinely collaborates with UX (User Experience) in design decisions. Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.
• Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.
• Owns the releases and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases. Should possess capability to break a bigger feature into smaller chunks which can serve the purpose.
• Owns and manages the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.
• Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
• Demonstrates strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
• Engages frequently with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
• Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.
• Partners with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development process.
• Expert in Agile Methodology.

Work with Engineering and UX team to make strategic design decisions and ensure that overall functionality of the finished feature delivers value and exceptional user experience

Serve as the Voice of customer in the development process and perform feature acceptance on their behalf 

Mannaging Backlog items includes overall vision of products & Deciding which features/applications creates more Buisness value according to customer's/ client preferences.

​• Manage VOC(voice of customer) process by meeting Radiologits/ customers/KOL's to identify unmet needs and convert into product requirements 

​• Strong product development experience with emphasis on products in medical/radiology field 

​• Good experience in a clinical trial field with expertise in  clinical research associate

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with significant experience.

Desired Skills :

  • Exposure to healthcare product development life cycle, delivery and regulatory aspects. 

  • Working exposure to Clinical Applications & Clinical workflows

  •  Experience in Software development process and technologies. 

  • Experience of Agile Development practices and experience working on an Agile Scrum Teams.

  • Experience working with Rally or similar Software.

  • Experience in using MRI scanners or interpreting the results.

  • Experience in proposing new enhancements for the devices

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience solutioning products which are deployed in Global environment

  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience working in a global team environment and a cross-functional product development environment.
