What You'll Do:

As a member of the Japan team, which bridges Criteo's business and technology, Technical Solutions Engineers implement and optimize cross-channel solutions for a wide range of e-commerce advertising.

  • Manage and coordinate the technical integrations of new clients and partner

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Criteo product from a technical perspective and commercial perspective.

  • Work with the sales team to understand clients’ business objectives and develop custom solutions identified by the business objective.

  • Solve client problems using a variety of techniques, including developing innovative solutions, troubleshooting client-side code, and creating tools.

  • Evangelize new products and assist clients in the integration and adoption of features to help ensure long-term success of the campaign.

  • Technically design highly scale-able dynamic ad display campaigns in order to maximize the business value based on client’s objectives and their possible technical constrains.

  • Be the primary technical point of contact for the Sales and Account strategist teams, and define and manage deadlines commitments Lead custom projects in the form of proof-of-concepts in order to build business cases and make product and/or feature requests.

  • 顧客のターゲットや技術的限界に見合うようにビジネスバリューを最大化するため、柔軟な動的広告配信を技術設計

  • 営業チームの主要コンタクトとなり、期限の決定管理

  • ビジネス目標に合致したPOCカスタム・プロジェクトや新機能リクエストを先導

Who You Are:

  • At least 2 years experience in solution, integration, sales engineering or customer support.

  • Experience in the digital ad technology or information technology industry preferred.

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, REST APIs.

  • Work in a fast paced innovative environment and be cool under pressure.

  • Team spirit oriented, sharing best practices and open to train other team members.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand. Hard working, team-oriented, bright, creative, cooperative, and exceptional problem solving skills.

  • Professional working proficiency in Japanese. Business level English (TOEIC 750+) is a plus.

  • Highly organized and able to set expectations.

  • 2年以上のソリューション・エンジニア、セールス・エンジニア、もしくはカスタマー・サポート経験

  • デジタル広告業界、もしくは情報技術業界での経験のある方尚可

  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, REST APIs経験のある方歓迎.

  • 変化の激しい環境やプレッシャーの中で冷静に行動できる方

  • チーム志向で、知識の共有やチームメンバーのトレーニングなどに関心のある方

  • 技術的内容を顧客に易しく説明のできる言語能力のある方
