What You'll Do:

As a Senior UX Product Designer at Criteo, you will combine strategic thinking, data-driven design, and motion expertise to craft impactful user experiences. Beyond creating intuitive designs, you’ll actively collaborate with senior stakeholders, including VPs, to align product goals with broader business objectives. Working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment, you will shape the direction of strategic projects, leveraging data insights to create designs that drive measurable impact.
Your missions:

Strategic UX Design Leadership:

  • Lead the design process for complex, high-impact projects, balancing user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with VPs and key stakeholders to align on product strategy and vision.
  • Leverage data and user insights to inform design decisions and prioritize features effectively.
  • Drive alignment between design, product, and business strategies.

Motion Design Expertise:

  • Develop animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that enhance usability and delight users.
  • Define motion guidelines and integrate them into the Criteo Design System for consistency.
  • Partner with developers to ensure flawless implementation of motion elements.

Data-Driven Design & Usability Testing:

  • Use data analytics and user testing to validate design decisions and improve user flows.
  • Collaborate with data teams to interpret KPIs and ensure the designs deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Plan and execute usability tests, iterating based on insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a design advocate, influencing decision-making at the leadership level.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Contribute to fostering an agile, innovation-driven culture within the team.

Design System Contribution:

  • Expand and refine the Criteo Design System with reusable UX and motion design components.
  • Ensure scalability and consistency across digital platforms.

Who You Are:

  • Experience & Skills:
    • 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with strong expertise in Motion Design.
    • Proven experience in collaborating with senior stakeholders (VPs, executives) and driving strategic discussions.
    • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and motion tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to guide design decisions.
  • Language Requirements:
    • Fluent in both French and English (mandatory).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to engage stakeholders.
    • Strong strategic thinking with a focus on aligning user and business goals.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a data-driven mindset.
  • Bonus Points For:
    • Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms or data-heavy applications.
    • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
