Akamai's Global Payroll team are responsible for paying all company employees accurately and timely. This includes working with contacts throughout Akamai to gather all information needed to process accurate gross-to-net payments.

As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Handling end-to-end processing for US and non-US assigned country payrolls
• Performing pre- and post- transmission audit functions to assure proper documentation, data entry, and compliance with all SOX controls
• Reconciling all data inputs and outputs for the US and assigned country payrolls
• Maintaining strict adherence to internal Company policy, SOX requirements, and governmental regulations that affect payroll to ensure compliance
• Monitoring and managing workflow to assure adherence to deadlines and completion of all items in a busy environment.
• Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting Payroll and Payroll Tax

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
• Have solid US payroll processing background and deep knowledge of US payroll processes and statutory requirements
• Have advanced skills in Excel, Word and other productivity software
• Have a deep knowledge of the gross-to-net process in the US and other countries
• Have knowledge of expatriate payroll
• Have knowledge of ADP PayForce, Vantage or EV, platform and Streamline or Celergo for non-US locations

Compensation

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $69,200 - $143,800/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
