To drive gender equality in tech, age-related policy development must also support women pursuing non-traditional or interrupted career paths. Recognizing and valuing diverse career trajectories, including those that include career breaks or transitions, is vital. Policies that offer re-skilling programs, returnship internships, and flexible career progression models can accommodate and leverage the diverse experiences women bring to the tech industry.
