From my perspective, finding a balance between intermittent fasting, consistent fitness and my work schedule has not only helped me achieve greater productivity, but it has also significantly boosted my creativity. Whenever that balance is offset or I fall behind, I struggle to focus on my daily tasks. Therefore, finding and maintaining this balance is crucial in performing optimally long term.
